Champagne Pascal Walczak

Coming from a family of winegrowers, Pascal's dream was to create his own operation as a winegrower, and producer of Champagne in Les Riceys. 1973 was the beginning of a long and exciting life of work but also of pleasure and fulfillment during which

he bought land to build his vineyard. Today, he farms 10 ha of vines from

which he himself develops Champagnes and its famous Rosé des Riceys (AOP specific to the municipality). His son Sebastien joined the family farm in 2003, with the objectives of strengthening the domaine in the development of their wines while being careful of the land, respecting nature, and always reinforcing the impeccable quality of the production. Currently, they cultivate all of their vines without any

herbicide and with rigor allowing grapes to be harvested with the aromatic, expressive representative of their soils. The fractionation of juices, the regularity of their blending, and a long aging in their cellar allow them to present you a complete range that makes their domaine famous.
