Southern Rhône Valley

Domaine Rouge-Bleu- Sainte-Cécile

Created in 2007 and owned since 2012 by Caroline Jones and Thomas Bertrand, the Domaine is situated between the revered appellations of Gigondas and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Domaine Rouge-Bleu cultivates its 12ha of land (8h in AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages SAINTE CECILE) inspired by the core of biodynamic principles. The vineyard spreads around the farm which was probably built 400 years ago and some parts were handcrafted in 1696.

The Domaine is organic certified, mostly composed of old vines and our wines are vinified in the pure tradition of the Rhône Valley, exuding the concentration and typicity of the terroir they originate from.

The diversity of the Rouge-Bleu vineyard coupled with Caroline and Thomas’ passion and devotion to making wine is reflected in the expression of their cuvées. This variety allows them to produce 4 reds, 1 white, 1 rosé, and 1 orange wine, using traditional grape varieties from the region.

Domaine Tourbillon

The history of the Estate begins in the middle of the 20th century with Benjamin Tourbillon's grandparents, winegrowers in Gigondas. Under the lace of Montmirail, in this exceptional site and terroir, with such remarkable characteristics, both work the land, and the vines, in harmony with nature, in order to produce wines of character. A native winemaker and passionate at heart, particularly respectful of the heritage of his elders, Benjamin always wanted to follow their example and strive to perpetuate the tradition while bringing his own sensitivity and passion. Guided by his knowledge, he decided to personally vinify his wines by giving birth to structured and balanced products, expressions of his different terroirs located in Gigondas, Chateauneuf-du-Pape, and Côtes du Rhône appellation.

Domaine Font-Sane

In the heart of Gigondas vineyards (Rhône Valley), one of the most prestigious southern Côtes du Rhone growths lies the Domaine de Font-Sane since 1860. The know-how handed down from generation to generation draws the very best from the terroirs, and the marriage of tradition and state-of-the-art techniques. Véronique Cunty-Peysson and her husband, Bernard, have been perpetuating this wine-making know-how, and thus contributing to the defense and reputation of these great wines. Their son, Romain, who recently arrived on the estate after a Master's in the International Wine Business, handles the commercial sector in France and abroad.

The Domaine is about 16 hectares (39 acres) divided into Red Gigondas, Red and Rosé Ventoux, and Vin de France. From the Domaine itself, you can see protected by the majestic rock faces of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the little village of Gigondas.

Domaine du Père Caboche

Back in the day, the Boisson had two jobs at once: they were both wine-makers and black-smiths. The name of the estate comes from this second profession because the nails used to fix the shoe under the horse's foot are called, in our regional language, a caboche. It was, at the time, the nickname used to call the Boisson family. Only Emilie’s (current owner and winemaker) father, Teophile, fatherless at age 3, could not learn the duty of a blacksmith. On the other hand, his mother, who was in charge of the estate, raised him to love the vines and wine, and so he became a wine-maker as well, just like his ancestors. Still, he kept the nickname Caboche. That is how the first bottles of the Domaine du Père Caboche appeared.

A long time before all this, the vineyard belonged to the Chambellan family. In 1777, Emilie's ancestor, Jean-Louis Boisson, married Elisabeth Chambellan and so became a vine grower in Chateauneuf-du-Pape.

Some of the vines are over 100 years old and produce outstanding wine. The oldest parcel was planted in 1906.

Domaine du Banneret

The Domaine du Banneret is the story of an architect from a large Toulouse agency, Jean Claude Vidal, who decided to change his life in 1989 in order to take over the family vineyard plots in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and create his own Domaine. Initially without a wine cellar, Jean-Claude Vidal borrowed a simple barrel from an old friend; a certain Henri Bonneau, who let him make his first vintages at home. Year after year, the Domaine du Banneret will develop an image of hidden gems of the appellation, both unmissable and full of mystery. Jean-Claude is gradually giving way to the younger generation, with the arrival of his daughter Audrey at the estate. Born on plots of old vines planted with all the grape varieties of the appellation; the wines from Domaine du Banneret are Châteauneufs du Pape marked with noble classicism. Generous, deep, and full of great complexity, With the arrival of Audrey, they gain in sensuality and delicacy, reaching heights of elegance in recent years. The estate has also been producing a very promising white for several years.
